Monday to Friday: 10:00AM to 6:30PM
Saturday: 10:00AM to 5:00PM
Sunday & Public Holidays: 10:00AM to 3:00PM
Please do note that the only days we will not be open will be on every years’ Chinese New Year Day 1 to 3.

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
- Bank Transfer/ PayNow/ PayLah
For bank transfers, PayNow & PayLah, please provide a screenshot & send it to our WhatsApp (98160929) for proof of payment or via our WhatsApp widget. We'll reply you asap during operating hours. The following details for the transfers are as follows:

Ordering policy
- SAME DAY DELIVERY
For delivery on the same day, please order before 1pm.
For urgent deliveries, please contact us at 98160929 during operating hours – subjected to availability of flowers & delivery timeslots.

Morning/Afternoon: 9:30AM to 1:30PM
Afternoon/Evening: 2:00PM to 7:00PM
Please do give us some grace time of 30 minutes from the end of each timeslot.

How to get here?

- From Clementi MRT
Exit Clementi Station Exit A, and take bus 183 from bus stop ID 17171, Clementi Stn Exit A. Take 7 stops to Opp Toh Guan Ctr, walk towards Enterprise Hub, take the lift with the UOB atm in the middle of the building to Level 9. Look for the unit number #09-149.
- From Jurong East MRT
Not the best way to come here, apparently Clementi MRT has the best road here. So… take the MRT down to Clementi MRT & follow the directions as above!
Return & Refund
Complaints & Disputes
If there are any issues with the product, please do contact us via our Whatsapp widget & we will get back to you as soon as possible. We extend our sincere apologies.
Refunds & Cancellation
For orders that you would like to change date or cancel, please contact us via our WhatsApp widget.
Please make it at least 48 hours in advance as flowers are perishable products. Any cancellation less than 48 hours will be charged at 50%.
Arrangements for refunds will be done via WhatsApp.
